We started Recreation in the Garden in 2023. We built 15 RV sites, 2 chalets and another sanitary building with unmanned reception. Being completely new to the recreation business, it was quickly apparent to us that we needed help in this. For the chalets, we chose 1 of the well-known booking sites. During a day out, we came across the camperpay app at a port with camper places. The personal contact with Wesley and the simple set-up convinced us quickly. We are now quite a few campers down the road and everything works as it should. The points that we would like to see different or additional additions are also picked up and developed by camperpay. Meekenesch Swimming Pool is a unique pool. Due to limited operating contributions from the municipality, the pool is kept open by more than 60 volunteers. Every possible way to generate finances is attracted, hence the realization of our RV sites. We have 8 furnished sites. The combination can be called ideal. Water and electricity are available at the RV site. Of course, the pool has the necessary facilities, such as restrooms and showers. But what could be nicer to start your day sportily by swimming a few lanes or recreate with your family in our pool or playground, indoors or outdoors. To make the payments of the standing fee for our visitors, but also the control of this by our volunteers as easy as possible, we have, with satisfaction, switched to Camperpay. We have a camper place in the center of Winterswijk with 9 camper spots. At the end of 2022, we started making payments for standing fees through the Campercontact app. With Camperpay as the carrier of payments. After initial start-up problems, our guests now make frequent use of this opportunity. Everything is well presented on the user site and payments are also made punctually. We find this ability to charge our guests to be very relieving.

The biggest benefit for us is a savings in personnel costs and time savings. No staff needs to be present when the camper arrives (late) and wants to make a payment.

The Municipality of Amersfoort has been using the Blue Water App for payment of marina fees for several years and last year we also successfully introduced Camper Pay for the motorhome sites. Camper Pay provides enormous convenience for both our guests and us. The whole system is good and comprehensive insight for us on tablet and mobile. The link with Campercontact completes the picture.
