How does Camper Pay work?

The functionalities offered by Camper Pay allow you to manage your RV site as efficiently and easily as possible. This allows you to manage bookings and payments in one app.

Overview occupation

You can see at a glance what the occupancy of your motorhome sites is for the selected period, for example the upcoming school vacations. Per occupied pitch you get to see the data of the camper owners, such as name, phone number and e-mail address. This data can be used for marketing activities.

Profile camper location

For your camper spot you can create your own profile with information about the camper spots, this can be done in five different languages. Here you can upload photos of the camper spot, show how many camper spots you have and what surface the camper spot has. You can also upload the map of the camper spot. From your profile, you can send personalized emails to the RVer.

Motorhome site personalization

You can personalize each camper spot by giving a camper spot its own name. You can set the price per group, for example depending on the size and location of the spot. You can also make exceptions, such as a higher price during Easter or Ascension. You can easily adjust the prices yourself. The adjustments are immediately visible in the app.

Finance Overview

With your RV site, of course you want to know how much money you are making. This is clearly displayed in the payment overview and can be viewed in real time. Daily payments are clustered and transferred to your account. You can also download reports on tourist tax and other financial matters. You also have the option to add extras to the statement, such as extra guests, pets or merchandise items.
